TheOstrich offers a 14-day exchange policy on all items sold at the actual price. Exchanges are subject to the availability of items in stock.
Local orders usually take 4-5 working days to be delivered, but during sale periods, shipping may take 7-10 working days.
Delivery Charges of Rs. 199 apply on all orders.
International
orders usually take 1-2 working days to be processed and 4-6 days to be shipped, but during sale periods, shipping may take 8-12 working days. Only bank transfer or Credit/Debit Cards payment mode is available, no Cash on Delivery (COD) method is available at the moment.
